you can get them at fist of guthix a new minigame on runescape for members and non-members

fist of guthix is north of varrok in the wilderness
how do i play?
if youre the hunter you have to kill the hunted
if youre the hunted you have to pickup a stone from the stone dispenser
then go to the green circle in the middle and wield the stone then stay there untill the round ends or the hunter kills you.
to see if youre a hunter or the hunted looks at the brown sign on the corner if it says hunter:someones username youre the hunter and you have to kill that person.
if it says hunted: someones username that means youre the hunted and you have to run away from that person.
you can tell who the hunted or the hunter is by looking at the minimap there should be
an arrow pointing at the hunter/hunted
